Continuamos hoy con #fomentowomen – nuestras charlas con la comunidad de empoderamiento que rodea a Isabelle Moon y que habéis hecho posible simplemente existiendo a vuestras bellas maneras. Y siendo increíblemente solidarias. Es increíble cómo se formó esta comunidad sólo por nuestro amor compartido por el movimiento, y cómo crecieron nuestros temas de conversación.
Nos muestra lo intrincado que puede ser el “movimiento”. Algo con lo que Almudena Sánchez está íntimamente familiarizada. Más conocida como Almudena Yoga Life, nuestra mujer del día es una profesora de yoga certificada con sede en Madrid que se pasaría el día comiendo galletas y queso, si tuviera la oportunidad. “Si le añades un poco de mermelada o miel, ¡estaré en el cielo!”, nos dice.
Almudena tuvo un comienzo interesante con el yoga, porque su vida anterior tenía poco que ver con el fitness y el bienestar. Almudena es licenciada en Geografía e Historia, con especialidad en Arqueología, y con 10 años de gestión de tareas en comercio internacional a sus espaldas. Entonces… ¿cómo se produjo el cambio al yoga? “¡Comencé con el yoga como una forma más de deporte! Pero poco a poco el yoga hizo su magia”.

This yoga teacher seeks to share her way of understanding yoga and tries to transmit it in each video. Now, in collaboration with Decathlon and Kimjaly, they have launched a limited edition of clothing that consists of a strappy top with medium support for the chest and long leggings that cover up to below the heel with high waist and pressure on the abdomen.
The great thing about these leggings is that, unlike others that are ankle-length, the new Decathlon leggings can be stretched to cover the heel or tucked in to leave the foot free. It already depends on the demands of each exercise we practice.
