They know there are thousands of videos on YouTube and hundreds of books in bookstores and libraries but all of that is missing something. They have a lot of questions about Yoga theory, they want to know more about the schools, the teachers, and they have questions related to everything that Yoga encompasses and that a normal class doesn’t usually address.

Can we do it if we are not flexible? Yes, we can indeed do any Yoga posture, no matter how long we have been practicing or what is our mobility or flexibility. For that there is the material, the supports, that help us to this end.
To do Parivrtta Trikonasana we have a lot of resources available and the good thing is that they give us the feeling of the final posture at every step we take. Maybe we have to practice some of the things I am going to expose a long time, but the best thing is not to continue to the next thing until we feel that we are going down with freedom. This will make the posture more and more therapeutic.
